Return Policy

OUR 14 DAY GUARANTEE
You can return any item bought at FlotzMerch within fourteen days of receipt and get a refund or have the item exchanged. You can return it because you simply don't like it, because it didn't fit, because of a manufacturing fault or because we sent an item in error. To return an item please put the invoice, or a copy of the invoice, into the shipment and a short statement for returning the goods and don't forget to add your bank connection to the returned article. We will accept returns only if all postal charges are paid by sender. If we receive parcels or other sendings, which weren’t sent prepaid we unfortunately feel impelled to deny the acceptance!

BEYOND OUR 14 DAY GUARANTEE PERIOD
Sadly once the 14 day guarantee period has passed we can only accept items back that clearly have manufacturing faults. We aren't able to take back items that don't fit, where shipped wrongly or you simply didn't like once our guarantee period has ended. Discrepancies between the color of the pictures on the webshop and the color of the delivered products are results of a technical process and do not present any defect.

EXCEPTIONS TO RETURNS POLICY
There are one or two exceptions to our returns policy. Sadly we aren't able to accept returned items that have clearly been worn and washed (unless there is a manufacturing fault with them) or are soiled or dirty. We can't accept items back that (in our opinion) have been deliberately damaged or have been subject to excessive wear and tear. All returned items must be in un-worn condition and should be returned with the original packaging.

SHIPPING CHARGES
We refund the postal charges for the return after receipt of the goods, only if the gross value of the order amount exceeds Euro 40 / US Dollar 51.50. The postal charges are credited back via international bank remittance or PayPal.

If we are responsible for the error we will exchange or refund shirts that have not been washed or worn. We will also reimburse the shipping cost incurred for exchanging or refunding the item.

Defective shipments
Make sure that you accept only undamaged parcels from the postal service; in case of doubt, open it in the presence of a postman. Never accept damaged parcels !!, because of showing the will to take damaged goods with this behaviour. If there are some problems or discrepancies, please write down the name of the postman.
