Shipping charges are based on the content and destination of your order. To calculate your shipping charge, please add all desired items to your online shopping cart and proceed to checkout. You can see the total amount including shipping costs BEFORE confirmation of the order.

To give you an idea about the approximate shipping costs we have supplied the following information. The weight of one shirt is between 0.250kg and 0.350kg.

GERMANY
Within Germany, we are shipping our items via Deutsche Post (registered mail), HERMES or DHL. HERMES service requires someone being at the stated address to receive the delivery.

0 - 0.5kg = 3,20 Euro (Deutsche Post)
0.5kg - 5kg = 4,00 Euro (HERMES) // 6,90 Euro (DHL)

DESTINATION outside GERMANY
We ship our articles via Deutsche Post or DHL.
You have the choice between:
standard mail > no tracking number, no liability
or registered mail > tracking number, liability is up to Euro 34,05 at loss or damage.
Registered mails require someone being at the stated address to receive the delivery.

Standard mail:
0 - 0.5kg = 3,45 Euro / 4,37 US Dollar
0.5kg - 1kg = 7,00 Euro / 8,87 US Dollar
1kg - 2kg = 8,60 Euro (European Union)
1kg - 2kg = 14,90 Euro / 18,87 US Dollar (Rest of the world)

Registered mail:
0 - 0.5kg = 5,50 Euro / 6,97 US Dollar
0.5kg - 1kg = 9,00 Euro / 11,40 US Dollar
1kg - 2kg = 10,60 Euro (European Union)
1kg - 2kg = 16,90 Euro / 21,41 US Dollar (Rest of the world)

Important notice: Duties and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the recipient, and are separate from any shipping charges on your order and we are unable to estimate customs fees, taxes, duties, etc. For international orders, you are likely to be charged customs fees before delivery can be completed. The shipping charges applied to your order do not include custom fees. If your order does not arrive in a reasonable amount of time, you should check with your local customs office to see if they are holding the package for payment of fees. Also, some customs offices will send a separate invoice for your customs fees that could arrive several weeks after you receive your shipment. If you are not familiar with the customs fees in your country, please check with your local customs office for more information. If you refuse to pay the customs fees when your order arrives, the shipment will be returned. In this case Flotsam and Jetsam will not refund the cost of shipping.

Defective shipments
Make sure that you accept only undamaged parcels from the postal service; in case of doubt, open it in the presence of a postman. Never accept damaged parcels !!, because of showing the will to take damaged goods with this behaviour. If there are some problems or discrepancies, please write down the name of the postman. DELIVERY TIME

After we received the money or PayPal notification most orders are dispatched within one week. Occasionally, when there is a temporary problem with one of the items you’ve ordered, your order may be delayed. Once your order has been dispatched it takes about two weeks to be delivered to European addresses and up to six weeks for all other countries.
