All orders confirmed by a customer implies agreement thereof to all the terms and conditions listed on this site. FlotzMerch reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute earlier.

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of FlotzMerch products are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system, and as such accept no responsibility for errors, which will be unintentional. We reserve the right to withdraw any products at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on flotsam-and-jetsam.com. There may be certain orders we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our descretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. We may also require additional information and / or verification before accepting any order.

DELIVERY

We aim to despatch orders within one week if the goods are in stock. If the goods you order are out of stock we will send out the order to you as soon as the product becomes available again. If we cannot source the item we will contact you to inform you.

CANCELLATION

If you buy anything and decide within 14 days that you don’t want it all you have to do is send it back to us in mint condition and we’ll refund you the cost of the items. If the goods are damaged or not what you expected please send them back to us and put the invoice, or a copy of the invoice, into the shipment and a short statement for returning the goods and don't forget to add your bank connection to the returned article. We will accept returns only if all postal charges are paid by sender. If we receive parcels or other sendings, which weren’t sent prepaid we unfortunately feel impelled to deny the acceptance!

We refund the postal charges for the return after receipt of the goods, only if the gross value of the order amount exceeds Euro 40. The postal charges are credited back via international bank remittance or PayPal.

Please be aware, however, that we are unable to refund items that have clearly been worn, laundered or have been subjected to abnormal usage. More info see Return Policy .

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please check goods on delivery and ensure that they are supplied correctly. If any of the goods prove to be unsuitable please return them within 14 days in the original packaging and in an unused condition.

We refund the postal charges for the return after receipt of the goods, only if the gross value of the order amount exceeds Euro 40 / US Dollar 51.50. The postal charges are credited back via international bank remittance or PayPal.

If we are responsible for the error we will exchange or refund shirts that have not been washed or worn. We will also reimburse the shipping cost incurred for exchanging or refunding the item. Read more about our Return Policy.
