Do you ship to my country?
We ship to Europe, USA and several other countries as well. If your country appears in the country dropdown list then we are able to ship to your address. If your country is not listed please send us an email at merch @ flotsam-and-jetsam.com and we'll check if it's possible to deliver to your country.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most orders are dispatched within one week. Occasionally, when there is a temporary problem with one of the items you’ve ordered, your order may be delayed. Once your order has been dispatched it takes about a week to be delivered to European addresses and two or three weeks for all other countries.

What do I do if the goods I ordered haven't arrived?
The first thing you should do if the goods haven’t arrived even though we’ve emailed you they’ve been sent, is contact your local postal delivery office to see if they are holding your goods for you. European customers should do this after one week but before two weeks has elapsed. Customers from outside Europe should wait three weeks and then contact their postal delivery office. If the postal delivery office hasn’t been able to help you email our customer service team who will then investigate for you.

Can I change / cancel my order after it has been submitted?
If you wish to change or cancel an order you’ve placed please send a message to merch @ flotsam-and-jetsam.com and we will arrange to change or cancel the order and refund you any money you’ve paid. You can only change or cancel an order prior to it being dispatched!

What do I do if I've placed a duplicate order?
If you order twice by mistake send a message to merch @ flotsam-and-jetsam.com and tell them the reference number of the item you want cancelled. They will arrange to cancel to the order and refund you any money you’ve paid. You can only cancel an order prior to it being dispatched.

Why didn’t I receive an email confirming my order?
Confirmation of successfully submitted orders is automatically sent to your email account. If you didn’t get one, please check your spam or contact us. Or maybe you accidentally entered your email address wrongly when you placed an order.

How can I see if an item is in stock?
Normally all products should be in stock and available for dispatch, though sometimes we may discover later that the item is in fact out of stock. If this happens we will email you to tell you and see if we can offer you an alternative item or to cancel the order and refund you any money you’ve paid.

How accurate are the product images on the site?
The images on the site reflect the actual products, but the colors on your computer screen may not exactly match the actual print. And the size of the print may differ from what is pictured due to the different sizes of the shirts.

Do you share my personal information?
Your personal information isn’t supplied to third parties except when it is required by law (for example to the Police when dealing with fraudulent orders). We do not allow third parties access to our customer list and certainly would never consider selling your details to anyone else.

How can I pay for my order?
We only accept Payment in advance via bank transfers or PayPal and only in Euro or Dollar. More info here: Payment

What are your shipping rates?
During the checkout process, you can see all shipping fees at the end of the bill before you confirm the order. If you change your mind, you can still cancel your order. More info here: Shipping & Delivery

How will I know when my order ships?
Once your order has been dispatched automated email is sent to your registered email address letting you know.

Can I return my order?
If you buy anything and decide within 14 days that you don’t want it all you have to do is send it back to us in mint condition and we’ll refund you the cost of the items. If the goods are damaged or not what you expected please send them back to us and put the invoice, or a copy of the invoice, into the shipment and a short statement for returning the goods and don't forget to add your bank connection to the returned article. We will accept returns only if all postal charges are paid by sender.
Please be aware, however, that we are unable to refund items that have clearly been worn, laundered or have been subjected to abnormal usage. More info here: Return Policy

I’m not at home during the day. How can I get my goods?
We offer you the option of giving a delivery address other than your home address so you could arrange for your goods to be sent to your workplace or a neighbour who you know is in during the daytime.


What should I do if my goods were damaged in transit?
We take a great deal of care when packing orders to make sure that the items you’ve ordered arrive undamaged, however, occasionally goods do get damaged in transit. Please make sure that you accept only undamaged parcels from the postal service; in case of doubt, open it in the presence of a postman. Never accept damaged parcels !!, because of showing the will to take damaged goods with this behaviour. If there are some problems or discrepancies, please write down the name of the postman. What should I do if there is a problem with my received goods?
If you discover that some of your goods are wrong or missing you should send us a message at merch @ flotsam-and-jetsam.com and explain the situation.
